Huadian GE Aero Gas Turbine Equipment Co., Ltd. (HDGE), a joint venture by Huadian Distributed Energy Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.(HDEET) and GE (China) Co., Ltd. Jointly, was established in Shanghai Xinzhuang Industrial Zone in July, 2012. The registered capital is $58.49 million, of which HDEET contributed $29.83 million, accounting for 51%, GE China contributed $28.66 million, accounting for 49%.

Professional Localization Service


HDGE is the only company with technology license from GE on aero gas turbine packaging for power plant in China. And with our professional localization service team, HDGE is fully capable of providing our customers on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance including level I (On-site external maintenance, such as GT removal and replacement) and level II (On-site internal maintenance such as hot section parts replacement), DLE mapping and troubleshooting.

Convenient maintenance, inheriting the features of aero engine

Each compressor blade, stator vane and turbine blade is individually replaceable and some specific blades can be inspected and replaced individually on site

Part of the blade can be inspected on site and replaced separately

Gearboxes, seals, auxiliary equipment can be replaced externally

Spare Parts Storage Plan

Crowd funding

Low cost and high return

Users can become HDGE member by paying membership fee and use HDGE's spare parts store. The fees will be returned when user quits membership

Flexible

SPS members enjoy the right to use all spare parts

Members signing CSA are free to use spare parts within the scope of the contract

Members who haven't signed CSA could pay for the usage

Perfect management mechanism

Select existing spare parts in the current power plant and store in HDGE specialized electronic platform for checking, application and adding process management
