Huadian GE Aero Gas Turbine Equipment Co., Ltd. (HDGE), a joint venture by Huadian Distributed Energy Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.(HDEET) and GE (China) Co., Ltd. Jointly, was established in Shanghai Xinzhuang Industrial Zone in July, 2012. The registered capital is $58.49 million, of which HDEET contributed $29.83 million, accounting for 51%, GE China contributed $28.66 million, accounting for 49%.

Introduction

Huadian GE Aero Gas Turbine Equipment Co., Ltd. (HDGE), a joint venture established by China Huadian Corporation LTD. (CHD) and General Electric at Shanghai in July 2012, is the first assembly, testing and maintenance facility of aero gas turbine generator units in China.

HDGE is committed to the technology R&D, package assembly, marketing, and services of aero gas turbine generator units, by absorbing GE's advanced technologies, being supported by the solid strength in natural gas power generation industry of CHD, and taking advantage of localized manufacturing and services. HDGE provides distributed energy solutions to domestic and overseas customers.
